I want to complement both dispatch and the actual truck driver that were on duty the night of Tuesday September 1, 2026. Both were professional, polite, timely Joe courtesy toward my vehicle. After being in Denver all day, it was a long day. I could've gotten worse and it didn't so I appreciate the customer service.”
“Don't typically leave reviews because I'm rarely impressed but man, Desmond is a magician with the tow truck! Got my girl Carol loaded up and towed home, and slotted into the only parking spot with a tight fit, and no brakes mind you.. at 9:45 PM. He then proceeded to help me push her around to get her straight before heading off to his next job. Phenomenal work and an amazing help, the tow truck surgeon himself.”
